Hartridge Equipment Audit

Duration of an audit that does not require Delphi authorization:

The audit time for one device of the type Sabre Master/ Sabre Expert/ GDi Master/ Toledo/ AVM1PC/AVM2/PC/CRiPC/CRpPC/CRi PRO or other ) is 1 day.

Examples of activities performed during audits:

Checking the viscosity and quality of the test fluid

Replace fuel and test fluid filters ISO4113 if necessary

Upgrade software and licenses as needed

Checking and calibrating the temperature sensor

Checking and adjusting the air supply pressure

Checking and calibrating the pressure transmitter

Calibrating the Control Voltage of the Fuel Rail Pressure Transducer

Calibration of the nominal value of the fuel pressure

Line tightness check and measurement system audit

Checking and adjusting the pressure of the Dump Valve/ for AVM/CRiPC

Checking and calibrating the measured values and leaks of the flow meter

Checking and adjusting the fuel return system pressure

Checking the cooling system

Checking the security system

Pump VCV Valve Calibration

Minor repairs and leak repair

Mapping test data using Delphi calibration equipment and injectors

During each audit, the level of cleanliness of the test fluid is checked. It is recommended that customers have a set of new filters and the correct amount of calibration fluid, as  the fluid and filters may need to be replaced. The employee of the Technical Department performing the audit will also have a set of filters. If you need to use them, the filter costs will be included in your service invoice.

Costs of audits in 2024

• The cost of performing an audit of a device such as Sabre Master/ Sabre Expert/ GDi Master/ Toledo/ is PLN 1250 net.
• The cost of performing an audit of the CRI -PC/ CRi PRO device is PLN 1850 net.
• The cost of performing an audit of the AVM1/AVM2-PC/CRpPC device is PLN 2450 net.
• The cost of performing an audit of other equipment to be agreed individually
• If audits of at least two devices are to be carried out in the service during the year, the customer is additionally entitled to a discount for this service.

After each audit, an employee of the Technical Department will provide a special Certificate of Conformity for the relevant device. This certificate must be displayed in a visible place on the device.
