About the company

JR Motor Services was founded 41 years ago on the basis of a garage in Frome, Somerset, UK, the next stage of development was a car parts and accessories shop in Westbury, Wiltshire. In the early 1990s, the company started to expand in Poland under the same name. In 1992, our Polish branch was transformed into a limited company, based entirely on British capital, changing its trading name to what it is today, JR Motor Services GB Sp.z.o.o.

Richard G. Lubaczewski's son, Marek Lubaczewski who has been in Poland for 32 years, took over the management and running of the company. There have been many changes over the years and he has overseen the creation and development of the "Brake Centre" concept and the network of rapid repair workshops under the "Lucas" brand.

The main activity of J.R. Motor Services GB is the representation of British automotive companies in the field of spare parts, car accessories and garage equipment in Poland, and in the past also in Ukraine, Russia and Belarus. We distribute spare parts, tools, diagnostic equipment and automotive accessories of such well-known companies as TRW (Lucas), Delphi Diesel Systems, Draper tools, Stanadyne Automotive, Veillat, Tomic Gaskets, Pilenga, Gama Master, Borg Warner and many others.

Our parent company operates under the trade name JR Motor Services and is based in the UK. Roger K. Worrall Export Director oversaw all deliveries, payments dealt with control, the flow of all orders and paperwork.

The main offices and central warehouse are located in Gdynia, while our main diesel spare parts warehouse is located in Warsaw. From these locations, deliveries are made daily to our network of branches located throughout Poland.

Deliveries to other customers are made within 24 hours of placing an order by phone or e-mail.

One of the most important events in the life of the company was the establishment of a wholesaler and sales outlet in Ukraine under the name JR-BIS JV Ltd in the city of Kharkov.

We have several thousand customers registered at our branches alone. We have almost 100,000 references, the number of which is increasing all the time. We oversee a national network of specialised diesel engine repair services.

Our plans for the future are to build a new central warehouse for spare parts, a distribution centre at a new location and to create a complex consisting of a point, rapid repair workshop for basic car repairs and a diagnostic centre for the inspection and repair of all electronically controlled car systems. We also plan to relocate all our staff to this administrative complex to improve internal and external communication.

One of the goals for the future is to create a nationwide network of authorised Draper tool sales and service outlets.

Our company's reputation is unquestionable in the European automotive industry with our dedicated staff and their vast knowledge and experience.
